We currently deliver throughout the UK only. For other destinations please contact us.
Postage costs
Within the UK, Royal Mail 2nd Class:
- £3.50 for orders up to £50
- Free for orders £50 and over
Free collection from Aberlady, East Lothian.
Packaging
Our aim here at flasket is to keep our packaging as minimal as possible.
For postal packaging we use:
- eco padded bags – 100% recyclable, biodegradable, plastic-free, compostable and made from recycled materials
- biodegrable mailing labels
- acid-free tissue paper
- paper parcel tape
Turn-around times
Our orders are usually sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays from the pop-up Post Office in our village hall.
If you need an item more urgently, please email hello@flasket.co.uk and we should be able to help.
Returns
We hope that you love your flasket product, but if there is a problem please email us within seven days of its arrival.
Returned goods must be posted back unused and in the condition you received them, within 14 days. Please note that you are responsible for return postage costs.
If your order has arrived in less than perfect condition, we’ll replace it and cover the postage costs.
